Sleep: Having adequate and quality sleep is as important as all the above as, it is through sleeping that the body recovers itself from. Quality sleep also effects on hormonal balance which can be a massive help with weight loss and general mental health. Stress: High level of stress not only weaken your immune system, mess with your hormones and sleep patterns ,it can also create unhealthy habits that directly effect on weight gain such as binge eating or addiction to alcohol and sugar. Aliment: Certain aliments contribute towards weight gain such as Thyroid related disease
