Mind: Certain conditioning and limiting beliefs causes high level of stress and anxiety which then can lead to mental disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorders. Food: Certain foods can help with reducing the level of stress and anxiety, and some can contribute towards worsening it. Exercise: Exercise can also work both ways, knowing what exercises reduce the stress and what increase it can also be a good helper. Sleep: Having adequate and quality sleep is one of the main factors in stress reduction and managing it. Stress: Certain techniques can also help with reducing the stress and anxiety.
