Hey, this is Allen. I am a natural-born spiritual healer, intuitive coach, and facilitator. Since I can remember, I have had a true desire to improve my health and well-being, and I have spent a lot of my time exploring numerous options. I tapped into the world of meditation, energy healing and chakras, and I learned about healthy eating and nutrition, as well as exploring various sports, including martial arts. I have always been a fan of nature, so I spent a lot of time with Mother Earth. While on my own journey to improve my health, I found myself advising people around me about different ways to boost their health and wellness. I have finally decided to offer a full package on health and wellness in the form of a 7-day retreat to share 15 years of knowledge and experience with people who want to improve their health but have no idea where to start.
