MY COACHING SERVICES
Hi, my name is Allen Sheer. I am a holistic coach & natural-born healer. As a coach and a healer, I have a strong belief that the main reason for us to be stuck in any part of our life is simply because we don't know where the root cause of the issue is, the root cause that leads us to be stuck in our life, career, relationships, physical health and many more is the Mind.
Knowing the mind and its functions will give you the understanding of why you are stuck at some level in your life and why you keep repeating the same cycle over and over again, It is as if, you are playing a game and you are stuck in level 5 for years and don't know how to move up to level 6. Level 6 could be anything in your life. It could be levelling up in your romantic relationship, friendship, career, business, income, physical health, mental health, spiritual goals and almost everything else. Why mind? Simply because we use our mind to function daily. If we are stuck, it means something is wrong in the mind, normally a deep fear from our childhood trauma or a limiting belief.
My Coaching Method
Let me first explain to you how our coaching session works. My coaching style is a holistic approach, which means I consider 4 bodies. The 4 bodies are the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical Body.

Spiritual Body: We should understand that we are a spiritual being, having a human experience on the earth. We all have come here to experience and expand and have specific goals to achieve. We should understand that energy and vibrations are the main part of this planet although we don’t see them with our eyes.
There are negative and positive energy, negative energy gives us all the negative emotions such as sadness, jealousy, depression, anger and so on. On the other hand, positive energy gives us positive emotions such as happiness, joy, love, relaxation and so on.

For us to get positive life-changing results in our physical body and physical realm, we must understand that we can only do this by being in a high frequency and vibration. It's the high vibration, that lets us progress effectively.
Mental Body: The mental body is where we have the conscious and subconscious mind, where we have our core beliefs and thoughts. Our actions in life are always performed and chosen by our subconscious mind where we keep all of our beliefs, that we have gathered mainly throughout the first 7 years of our life. From the moment we were in our mother's stomach, we picked every energy, sound and feeling up until 7 years old and sometimes even further. These collections of feelings, emotions, energies, and thoughts, create our beliefs, our mindset or programming.
In other words, we get conditioned and get separated from our authentic selves. The limiting and negative beliefs are the ones that cause us issues in our lives. So only by changing our limiting beliefs, it is possible for us to change our lives for good. Our thoughts are 95% unconscious and are being generated from the subconscious mind, where we have all the limiting beliefs. So, to change your physical life you have to first change your beliefs and mindsets.
Emotional Body: This is where we feel every emotion, negative or positive, Sadness or happiness. We should understand that a thought, first is created, and then, the thought causes us to feel an emotion, and then an action is performed based on the emotion. For example, A thought causes us to feel Anger and then we hit somebody in the face. So the moment we are able to keep ourselves in high vibrational and positive feelings we can progress further. Otherwise, we are stuck where we are.
Physical Body: All of the above collectively create our life in the physical body and physical world. When we are able to find the balance for all of our 4 bodies to work together we can create our life and physical body the way we want to.
Low Vibration = Angry Thoughts = Feeling of Anger = Hit Somebody in the Face
High Vibration = Happy Thoughts = Feeling Happiness = A Happy and Healthy Body/Life

Since sessions typically take place regularly over a period of time, I can ensure that you are implementing what is necessary to experience significant change. Some may need a couple of sessions and some may have to take more. there is no fit-all formula. It all depends on you, your goals and how much you are ready to work on yourself.
